Warranty, Exchanges & Repairs
Your fine jewelry purchase comes with a warranty from the original date of purchase.
This warranty covers repairs on any and all components of your purchase that we deem to be a manufacturer’s defect for the first year from the date of purchase. DHM® warrants that it will repair or exchange any jewelry that we deem to be damaged due to manufacturers defect, as long as the jewelry has been subjected to normal use and is not damaged by the act of the owner, user of the jewelry or any other person. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. For the duration of ownership in any case which involves owner negligence or owners excess wear, we will still repair or replace your purchase following an estimate which you may obtain by contacting our customer service department. Repair or service performed by anyone other than Diamond History Musuem® will immediately void the warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping, handling and / or taxes, duties and customs fees.
