SHIPPING


How long does it take receive my order?

Currently, DHM is unable to accept online orders with shipping addresses outside the United States. DHM is proud to offer complimentary FedEx 2Day shipping on all U.S. Domestic orders. DHM is also proud to offer FedEx Standard Overnight shipping for an additional $19.95 on all U.S. Domestic orders.

DHM makes every effort to ship orders of in-stock items the same day the order is placed. However, orders may ship anytime within the indicated shipping window on each product. Custom orders, ring sizings and other special orders will require additional processing time as noted. Once the shipment is processed, your order will arrive in 2 business days with standard shipping, or 1 business day with Overnight shipping. Delivery to PO Boxes is not available, but billing addresses may contain PO Boxes. All shipment require signature at delivery.

No shipments are processed after 1pm ET Fridays, as well as Saturdays and Sundays. Saturday, Sunday and holiday delivery is not available.

Please note that occasionally in-stock items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. We will make every effort to communicate any shipping delays within 24 hours of your order.

Am I liable for my jewelry order while it is being shipped?

All of our shipments are fully insured. A signature is required upon delivery.

Do you ship to APO/FPO military addresses or P.O. Boxes?

We currently do not ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes.


ORDERS


If the ring doesn't fit what can I do?

All of our rings are the standard size 7, however if your size is different, we can resize the ring for you. This process takes up to 10 business days and has a cost of USD 50. When you place the order, please specify the size you would like.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we do make custom orders! If you don't see something you love, we can make it for you. Please contact us for more information. Once the order is placed, it requires 8 to 10 weeks until you receive your jewelry.

Do you offer engravings?

Yes, we do. You can customize with your own message up to 10 characters. This process takes up to 10 business days and it has a cost of USD 50. When you place the order, please specify the message you want to engrave.


RETURNS


Do you offer returns?

We at DHM want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, you may return items that are unworn, unaltered and free from scratches and blemishes for a refund, exchange or merchandise credit within 30 days from the date of shipment.

After 30 days, orders may only be eligible for our upgrade policy.

All refunds will be issued to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is issued for it to post to your account.


WARRANTY, EXCHANGE & REPAIRS


Limited Lifetime Warranty

Your fine jewelry purchase comes with a warranty from the original date of purchase.

This warranty covers repairs on any and all components of your purchase that we deem to be a manufacturer’s defect for the first year from the date of purchase. DHM® warrants that it will repair or exchange any jewelry that we deem to be damaged due to manufacturers defect, as long as the jewelry has been subjected to normal use and is not damaged by the act of the owner, user of the jewelry or any other person. This warranty expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear and/or physical/accidental abuse, loss (including loss of stones) and theft. For the duration of ownership in any case which involves owner negligence or owners excess wear, we will still repair or replace your purchase following an estimate which you may obtain by contacting our customer service department. Repair or service performed by anyone other than DHM® will immediately void the warranty. Warranty does not cover shipping, handling and / or taxes, duties and customs fees.


TREATMENTS


Are my stones natural?

Our diamonds, color stones, rubies, sapphires and emeralds have been purchased from a legitimate source not involved in funding conflict and in compliance with United Nations Resolutions. Unless otherwise stated, our gemstones may have been treated or enhanced by heating as an industry standard. The treatment that the emerald has is enhanced and oil treated. The treatment that the blue topaz has is irradiation heat. The treatment that blue diamonds have are irradiation heat. The treatment that tanzanite has is heat treatment. The treatment that rubies have is heat treatment. The treatment that sapphires have is heat treatment. As a condition of treatments, these stones require special care.

What kind of special care do gemstones require?

Do not use ultrasonic cleaner or steamer. Avoid sudden temperature changes, steaming, and contact with cosmetics, hair spray, perfume and household chemicals. Clean with a damp cloth or soft brush.
