Return eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be in original condition and include all original packaging and contents. Returns that are worn, altered, damaged, or missing components may be refused.

  • Item must be returned in original condition (unworn/unused)
  • Include all original packaging, documentation, and included components
  • Return must be initiated within the applicable return window (contact us if you’re unsure)

How to start a return

  1. Contact us with your order number and the item you’d like to return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Package the item securely and follow the provided shipping steps.
Secure packaging matters: Jewelry should be packed safely and shipped with tracking. We’ll advise the best method to protect your return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund to the original form of payment. Depending on your credit card company, it may take 2–10 business days after processing for the refund to appear.

Exceptions & special items
